What the form collects

When you write to us the form passes on your name, email address, subject and message. That is the complete list.

The site runs no analytics and no advertising code, so nothing is collected in the background.

Why we need it

The message is processed in order to reply to it, and for nothing else.

The basis is legitimate interest in handling correspondence; no marketing is involved.

Who has access

The editorial group alone reads what arrives. No data is passed on.

Technically the hosting provider is involved in transport; there is no one else.

What you may request

You can request a copy of what we hold, ask for corrections, ask for deletion or object to processing.

Use the contact page. We answer within a month, and you may take the matter to your supervisory authority if the answer does not satisfy you.
